Welcome to FIRE Athletics!

Parents, Students or Fans you will find the information needed to be involved with our FIRE Athletics program. We are a competitive team with games against Home schools and Christian schools across Montana. We are currently offering Fall Volleyball for High School Girls and High School Boys Basketball in the Winter.  In the future we hope to add additional athletic programs. If you have interest in these or future programs please email  Joe.Wojton@usw.salvationarmy.org or call our office at 406-442-8244 to be added to a contact list.

No Girls Basketball This Season

Unfortunatly we have had to make the tough decision not to have a girls basketball team this seson. We will continue to promoate the program in the hopes of having enough interest again next season. To those who did inquire about the program continue to watch for updates regarding next season.

A great time was had by all who attended and partcipated in this years Alumni Game. It is always wonderful to see returning players and hear all about their life after High School. Once a member of the Fire Family always a member of the Fire Family.

the online store is active and better than ever!

I wanted to let you know the online store for the Fire is up and running. The store has all new product and is even better than before. In the past you had to place an order wait till the store closed then the items would be processed all at once then shipped to the store which we then had to pick up and distribute ourselves. This process took sometimes 6 weeks or more. I am happy to say this is no longer the case. Orders are now processed individually and daily and the best part it is shipped directly to you. From the time you order till the time it arrives at your home is about 3 weeks.

Parent Help Needed

Many of our parent volunteers graduated with their seniors last year and we have a huge void to fill in the following areas:

• Score Book
• Score Board
• Shot Clock
• Concession Stand
• Door Guard for player dressing room

We will need parents to fill the following roles for both JV and Varsity Home Games. We cannot put on these games if we do not have the help so please consider helping in one of the following areas. With the addition of the Shot clock for Basketball we will need people to learn to run just those clocks.

Volleyball information:

We are a no cut team, looking to provide an opportunity for all skill levels to play competitively while having fun. 

8th - 12th Graders

Cost is $250 per player due by the mandatory parent and player meeting unless prior arrangements are made.

Sports physicals are needed to play.

We provide the uniform and transportation to/from all games

Don't forget a current sports physical is required for play.

Girls Basketball 

Mandatory Practice starts: Practice dates ant times will be announced soon

Girls Basketball will return for the 2023-2024 Season Keep any eye out for more information in the summer and fall.  Due to the fact that the teams we play only have one girls team we will have to cap our number of girls for the season at 12. 

Cost is $250 per player due by the mandatory parent and player meeting unless prior arrangements are made.

• Game Times will be changing with the fact there will be no girls games
• The 12/5 Game @ Heritage JV will start at 4 PM Varsity at 5:30 PM 
• The 12/9 game vs GFHC has been canclled. Heisey has disolved their boys team for this season. 
• The 12/15 Game Vs Yellowstone JV is now at 6:30 Varsity at 8 PM
• The 12/16 Game @ GFHS JV is now at 11 AM and Varsity is at 12:30 PM
